Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your ecojab subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
• You will retain access to all features until your subscription expires
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only available within 3 days of onboarding (first subscription activation)
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@ecojab.com
• The refund applies only to the initial payment, not renewal payments
• Once the 3-day period expires, no refunds will be issued for any reason

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Renewal payments (subscriptions renewed after the initial period)
• Additional services or add-ons purchased separately
• Subscription fees after the 3-day money-back guarantee period has expired
• Usage-based charges or overage fees

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To cancel your subscription or request a refund:

1. Log in to your ecojab account
2. Navigate to Account Settings → Billing
3. Click "Cancel Subscription" or contact our support team at support@ecojab.com
4. For refund requests, email support@ecojab.com with your account details and reason for the request
